Family Day in my neighbourhood.

This was our third family day in my parent's neighbourhood. There were more games for everyone this time, because we fortunately have another area to play games at. I will go straight to the pictures as there are plenty.

First thing in the morning,we need to fill the balloons with water.

My assisstants.

For starters.

Zaim also helped his atuk abah to pass cups through the fence
to be taken to the tent.

So helpful, my little munchkin.!

Still helping!

More balloons.

Almost there.

At the games area, notice Zaim joining the line.

That's a whistle in his mouth from the "party pack".

Phewwittttt!!!

Go! This is grab a balloon, blow then burst it game.

Nayli in the game too.

The both of them.

Pop it!

Tug O' War.

Jack acting as referee.

Zarif tugging with all his might.

Anchorman!

Horray for the winner!!!

The girls' turn! Pull! pull!

The winner for the ladies Tug O' War team. No pictures because I was in.
Yes, I lost, badly!!! Huaaa!!! Maybe I'll put up later when my brother passes me his shots.

Miss Nora (my cuz), imported referee all the way from D'sara.

Sack Race.

Go Afiff Go!!

The winner for the sack race - girls only category.

Making a big circle for the Poison Ball game.

A big cheer for the camera before being attacked by the Poison ball.

Where's the ball now?

Three final winners, including Nayli and Kayrin.

Last game - water balloons. You're supposed to catch as many
as possible without popping it. You think that's easy? Think again!

The merciless throwers!

Arrrgh!!! Wet! Wet! Wet!

Ooops! Not again!

Time to pack up

Everyone is heading for the food tent now, it was almost noon by then.

Packing up all the basin and chairs...

But someone's happy & cozy in the porch snoozing away.

Blissfully(for the mom) dozing away.

Ice cream van.

Food glorious food.

The spread was potluck style.

Each participating house brings a dish or more.

Some prefers to sit on the mat - picnic like.

Others sat on the chairs. The lady in the middle is my MIL
and next to her in white top my SIL.

Nayli and her cousin hmmm Aisha or was it Ika? (Sorry dear, your hopeless aunty can never tell! Yes, Nayli has twin cousins whom I thing are super identical but not to Nayli!)

Easy on the noodles Kak Long!

An ice-cream for me please!

Nayli and the twins. (Identical right??? Tell me I'm not the
only one who can't tell them apart!

Zarif my baby boy who never misses to snuggle up to me
whenever he gets the chance.

There was also a lucky draw event, the highlight.

Another winner - Adreana.

And her brother - Izzuddin.

And her grandfather! Hmmm do you notice something fishy??? I know!!!
Ha!ha!ha! No, no it wasn't the grandmother pulling out the lucky draws stubs!

My mom signalling the end of the event. Hip! Hip! hooray! For another successful family day. Until next year good neighbours. Oh by the way, who made the lovely chocolate cuppies? Mmm, could you double your mixture next year please??? :-)

I would actually love to share more pictures... perhaps another entry if I could make it.
